Blimey, that girl's got some spunk! She's really gunning for the socialists this evening, great fun! Between her and Boris it's a very entertaining evening, shame it's wasted on the 99% Labour voting audience!

Ooops! VoRderman, missed the R!!

Yeah, I'm absolutely amazed. She's in there handbagging the Labour speaker.

And Shirley Williams lying through her liberal lips about the Conservatives not having a plan to combat the troubled economy. Of course they do, I've even been looking at it tonight on their iPhone app.

And how much of a berk did Boris Johnson come across as. FFS STFU and let someone else get a word in without constantly interrupting. What a twerp.

Will Self gave some thought provoking answers, lucidly raising the moral/social question over whether a 10 year old can be truly evil, shame Dimbleby didn`t expand on some of it. Lord Adonis was measured, Boris has become a caricature of his bumbling self, Carol Vorderman too self important, Shirley Williams still wrapped in grief over the Iraq invasion.

I really thought Carol was on something and was out to promote herself as a people's champion mindful of the forthcoming election...well known personality ... thinking man's totty etc... now wearing intellectual glasses ... anther 'Martin Bell' methinks

yes

Her reading of pre-prepared answers off paper in front of her was a little pathetic, as were some of her generic 'voice of the people' comments, especially on the Bulger case.

I don't like Will Self, don't agree with him on a political level, but his approach to many of the issues made a lot of sense and at least he cut through the bullsh*t.

Where on earth do they find them? I reckon they must get carted round the country.

I was looking forward to last night's show with such a good panel, but came away disappointed:

Will Self - I suspect he's had ribs removed so that he may auto-fellate.
Carol Vorderwoman - The Daily Mail in human form.
Boris Johnson - Uncharacteristically poor. Missed opportunity to nail the socialists.
Lord Adonis - Bit of a non-entity last night.
Shirley Williams - Exactly as you would expect.

Nobody came out of it looking particularly good, but Boris didn't do himself many favours sadly. As usual, not helped by the 'representative-but-surprisingly-left-leaning' audience.

I know that, but she was head down reading whilst giving her answers. Didn't spot anyone else doing that.

Anyway, wtf is she doing advising the Tories on Maths? She got a Third in Engineering and then did some mental arithmetic on telly and a few times table videos.

If I remember right, Carol Vorderman was invited by Labour to become a "Maths Czar". She turned them down. Then John Prescott tried to blame her and her role on Countdown for MMGW.
