"It's got a cop motor, cop shocks, cop tires, is this the new blues mobile or what"

"Fix the cigarette lighter"

Beyond classic, this film is a leg end wink

Absolute classic - Got it on DVD, and watch it regularly.

Here's one for you Blues Brothers fans though, and no reading the credits or browsing the internet to get the answer:

Where in the film does Joe Walsh out of the Eagles appear?

Joe Walsh can be seen during the "Jailhouse Rock" sequence at the end.

Epic film.

Was in Florida last Autumn and got to see the Blues Brothers live. Belushi is now his brother and Ackroyd has been supersized but they were awesome. I spent the entire gig in Wayfarers and a pork pie hat holding a bottle of bud. Actually around 15 different bottles biggrin Great night and got a signed CD at the end of the gig.

Collected friend from Dartmoor Prison early one morning, in my E34 525. (miscarriage of justice job)

Officers waving goodbye.

"She caught the Katy" on the stereo.

Lit up the rears leaving the car park.

Epic drive over the moors.

Mate laughed his head off smile

I love it, but I can see how it might not be everyone's bag

For those who are not aware this is getting a limited cinema release at some point in July. I think it may be through Cineworld who are showing a series of classic films throughout the year.

I adore the Blues Brothers, not sure why but it has just the right combination of amusingly off beat lines "my bed, you sleaze!" "There's plenty of space in this mall", great music and the silliest car chase of all time.

I can watch it over and over.
