This will be moved to TV and film where it will die a death in about 4 hours....
Anyway favourite film..... hmmmmmm...... It's the one I can watch again and again and again.....
Predator.
The best cast ever, just enough dialogue, awesome guns, great action, the best one-liners. Best film ever.

Has to be 'Casino' for me. Epic directing and acting throughout with so many brilliant and memorable scenes. Joe Pesci is frankly terrifying. Don't mess with him (very much NSFW!)

I don't have just one favourite, but Saving Private Ryan would have to go down as one that made an impact because it didn't wallow in the glory of war and displayed the true fear, confusion and carnage of battle. It also covered one of the bravest battle assualts in recent times.

Would have to be Aliens for me. From the first watching to the final director's cut (with the all important remote guns in the corridor scene) it has been my single favourite film of all time.
It is a film I could watch over and over (although not alone, Goodfella's and Mad Max 2 fall into that category also) and a film that still makes me jump, still leaves me on the end of my seat on occasion and does not look that dated.
The main draw for me, is the setting of GI's (grunts) up against what at the time was considered Hollywood's most nastiest space alien thingie. The fact that the audience (at the time) were aware that one alien creature had destroyed an entire ship's crew (from the first Alien film) and now our screens were realising many, many aliens and an alien queen. That these things incubate inside you and burst out of your body, that they have acid for blood and in some cases twins jaws.
In fact, I think I will watch it again this evening!!
