I think the point of the show is to expose the shallow route of other presenters who take thatr route.

Presenter contemplates getting norks out, but is unsure
Presenter seeks out opinions of others who have gone down that road (Gail Porter, stand up please.)
Presenter weighs up pros and cons
Presenter decides to remain fully clothed.
