So, is anyone else sad enough to be addicted to it like me?

This latest (and apparently last) series is brilliant, the characters really coming into their own.

I actually found myself on the edge of my seat when Lois & Clark were about to kiss at the wedding.... how very very sad of me.

But i don't care, i bloody love the show!!

Interesting to see that they've actually killed off that main character though...

I've got every episode on my hard drive at home.

8 series - 360Mb per episode, that amounts to about 60Gb of Smallville lol

I watched the first few series'

Stopped halfway through the series when that Green-Archery-Billionaire-Chap came in. It just got too ridiculous (even relative to the ridiculous-ness of the first few series')

The first few were kind of like The X-Files meets early Superman. Then it went rapidly downhill...

One of my best friends brothers makes this show.

Doesn't mean I've ever watched an episode though! Just being lazy, I'll wait til the series finishes, and watch the whole thing in a month (like I did with Babylon 5)

I've seen every season too...ruddy hate it when they have started to shift the season start time around, it used to be the beginning of the year until summer, last year they treated us to 2 seasons didnt they?...so how many episodes have I missed, and is there anyway I can see them on Channel 4 on more4?

Quick check on 4OD suggests they have shown up to ep.13 but only the last 4 are still availiable. I think last year got screwed up by the writers strike and they now seem to be showing them much closer to the American Schedule.
