Me too.

Starting to wonder if no-one develops a property anymore without it.. But then I am wondering if planning have anything to do with that...

But this one looks like it could be interesting, but I am not 100% sure I'd want to live under that roof....

Oh FFS another one up the duff when building it...

Is it some kind of justification clause... like shouting 'oh my god its coming right for us' before you shoot an endangered wild animal?

Anyway. Looks interesting, the cottage didnt look too bad before they leveled it.

I'd never call concrete eco and sustainable and I would never call wood cladding sustainable or eco either.

Tell you what, he is well fooked if he needs to do any maintenance on that roof, replace an area of tiles for instance !!
