Going on the past shows - it should indeed be a good one! Here's hoping.

first one should be interesting, apparently it took 2 years just to find a builder who would take on the project!

Although very true at least with this show they tend to be building their dream home rather than using it as an exercise to make money.

I do hope that the presenter comes up with a few different phrase's though as his "I can't see how this will work" is starting to get a little boring.

for me the most annoying part is that whenever someone uses technology in the build he also harps on about how its really complex and could jeapoardise the build, or when he expresses amazement that something [i.e. complex curved structural steelwork] comes together mm perfect at the first time of asking.

sure, its hamming up for tv, but they're hardly barrat homes kevin!

my other peeve is that sometimes he doesn't slate people enough, such as the tit who built that stupid houseboat out of scrap.

Looking forward to it, but fully expecting to be dissapointed as it will likely consist of about 3 new programmes, and then the rest of the series will be 'revisiteds'.

Hope I'm wrong though

On the other hand he could have decided that he did not have enough air time to adequatly slate that chap so thought it best to leave it.

Especially when they woefully underestimate the cost and or timeline impacts of 'minor' changes and probelms. He should carry a large wet fish with him to slap some of them quite frankly.

I love the programme and always chuckle to myself when they state what there budget is at the begining. (Nearly always a tad optimistic aren't they)
