Probably just being dumb but I don't get the tie in, trailer seems to have very little to do with Matchbox

Judging from the trailer, apart from the fact it seems the 'Matchbox Gang' used to play with toy cars when they were young, doesn't really have much else to do with it? Looks like a generic action (+ comedy) film and not suitable for kids. Is it supposed to be appealing to adult nostalgia re Matchbox?

(Mattel now own Matchbox - used to be rivals with Hotwheels as the Mattel brand).

It's stupid, immediately easy to understand, demands little from me and has cars in it

Younger kids and adults who want something easy will love it

People that want pretentious preachy bullst can review the recent massive underperforming back catalogue from Hollywoo

I for one am delighted that financial success (and appeal) is now back in vogue.

Now if only they hadn't allowed that horrible cow to kill Bond, he might have had a chance to enjoy himself again!
