Help me identify an old film quote

It was sampled on an early-90s song (but I think the film is much older), and I KNOW Google used to return the right result as I recall googling it before, but now it doesn't - denies it exists (and the AI slop directs me to suicide helplines). And I've forgotten where it came from.

I'm thinking 1984, but I'm pretty sure it's not that one...probably a similar film though.

Thanks Bubba - it was returning nothing to me at all, but change it to "fast" and it came straight up.
