Watts on Court
Discussion
I like the fella's approach but do find his complete lack of knowledge around the cars he buys a struggle.
Watched him from the start - he clearly has a fairly well funded plan and ambition but it all seems a bit sketchy with the cars he buys - the various platforms he uses to analyse the margins are often his one and only selection tool.
Perhaps he has made it look a bit too easy. What he has done is remind me to always buy private - I do hate handing over an extra £3k to some bloke just for the priviledge of buying from them.

Be serious. Most dealers know diddly squat about the cars they sell.Watched him from the start - he clearly has a fairly well funded plan and ambition but it all seems a bit sketchy with the cars he buys - the various platforms he uses to analyse the margins are often his one and only selection tool.

My long standing expereince is main dealers know their expertise and stick close to it, specialist are equally focussed. The rest less so I accept.
Mr Watt seems to have career switched from furniture to cars with little in terms of mechanical or product knowledge. He comes across as a decent bloke but I would like to buy a car from someone who was equally straight but better informed.
This week we will see how he got on at the Devon Show (IIRC) - as I said he does not lack ambition and that part of the country is very appealing to watch and indeed earn a living within.
