'Drive to Survive' Season seven
Discussion
Season seven launched/released/dropped today; I’m not sure what the correct term is.
Opens with crash, bang and wallop and a side dish of the Horner’s playing happy families.
Will Buxton, tells us it will be a season like no other (I guess it’s his job to do that) he certainly tries hard..
The Audio does the crash, bang and wallop at 10+, interviews a 0.5.
Naff all happens, except lots of hype, much like previous years, enjoy!

They must be doing something right as even my partner who has zero interest in Formula one and has never watched a race (other than the 21 season finale) wants to watch it with me.
Not quite the same, but my missus said if it's on she'll happily watch with me.Murghee said:
I guess if you didnt watch any races and just saw the result and you have netflix then it will be exciting
For us who know how the season went lets just say no matter how loud the booms are its a really dull watch
Expect more people to watch to see the lewis drama etc

I love all of the behind the scene and ‘hot mic’ capture they seem to get.
I watch every FP, Quali and race.. I love it.
Just finished watching it with the missus, even she’s now excited for the start of the new season!
To be fair to Netflix, they did a better job of avoiding the really glaring continuity errors this season, and the storylines were all pretty good. The clearly-done-afterwards commentary does still grate though, as do the silly sound effects.
As noted above the Leclerc episode was very good, showcasing his wins at Monaco and Monza after many failures, especially at his home race.
I also liked the Azerbaijan episode, mostly to watch the smug grin fall from Horny’s face as McLaren overtook Red Bull in the Constructors’ championship - but we also got a reminder that he’s not actually the most odious slimeball in the paddock, thanks to the re-emergence of Flavio Briatore.
