My5 doesn't work properly.

Trying to watch ACGaS on My 5 every week, it seems to be horribly unstable. It takes about 20 minutes to get it to load and then every ten minutes it will say "it looks like you are not connected to the Internet". Then it goes to adverts, which play perfectly every time. We return to the program and the same thing happens again.

We have a Samsung Frame TV, which I appreciate doesn't enjoy the best rep, But the Internet seems to be full of tales of woe around My5.

Any tips on getting it to work properly?

Maybe reinstall the app, or watch via a firestick. It seems to work ok on our LG, not much help to you though.

I use the My5 App regularly on a tablet and works reliably for me.

I tried using it via an Amazon FireTV and yes it was slow to load and would crash regularly.

Google did zeem to indicate My5 and Amazon are very compatible.
