We went to an free exhibition of the creators work, this brought back so many memories.
A must watch film at Christmas.

That's awesome, where is the exhibition? How tall are the skeleton models? It's always hard to tell how large the actual models are when they're in a film. Really miss his work to be honest; practical effects and good animation were always brilliant film arts that are getting lost through time unfortunately. (Sounding exceptionally old biglaugh)

The skeleton figure was only about eight to ten inches tall.

It is not a big exhibition at all. Might be worth investigating if it is being held anywhere else.

The Colossus of Rhodes chap (Talos) was my favourite in Jason and the Argonauts.

My brother and I would walk around the house making the same jerky movements and the creaking noises biggrin

Love those films.

I saw what I assume were the same exhibits at Tate Britain in 2017. Plus some related paintings.

Seen this exhibition in Edinburgh a year or two back, very interesting, them fighting skellingtons scared the bejesus out of me when I saw them in the pictures when I was 7
