Bentley in a normal home/garage - what's the TV doc?
Discussion
Been meaning to post this for some time. Does anyone remember a BBC 2 documentary from about 15-20 years ago that was similar (or possibly a follow up) to the A to B Tale of Modern Motoring?
In it, there was a guy who had a brand new (or very recent) Bentley Turbo R but lived in a very average-sized home, so much so that the integral garage was only just big enough for the car. He was some sort of engineer and had a Mondeo estate as a company car that he found embarrassing, so he didn't park it on the drive but around the corner.
Maybe it wasn't specifically a motoring program as I've just looked on the beeb's factual cars and motors database and nothing rings a bell. Unless it was on another channel? I guess Channel 4 would be the other most likely.
Anyone else remember it?
