Yeah, think my time as a prime member will be coming to a close. Buying less stuff from Amazon these days anyway and prime video doesn't really have anything that interests. Certainly nothing that I will be also willing to sit through ads to watch. We've watched a couple of things recently and had mid-roll ads. Totally takes you out of the moment. Rubbish.
I will say the only good things about the membership now are Amazon Photos (which is genuinely easier to use than whatever google is doing with their online photo backup. For example on Amazon mine and my wife's photos pool into the same family album and you can click on faces to find photos, On google One we seem to have separate areas where we can't see each others photos and nothing else useful) and also Kindle Read or Kindle Prime is it? where every month there is a rotation of free books. Amazon music is st.
