Despicable Me 4

I'm a HUGE fan of the Despicable Me films, 1&2 in particular. Clever, very funny, great stories, beautifully animated and just a LOT of fun! So I was hugely looking forward to this one.

Wow, what a stinker was my sad conclusion. I'd go as far as to say boring. Such a huge shame.

My kids would disagree, it seems to be on the telly most days.

Not sure I've paid enough attention but it didn't seem dissimilar to the other DM films.

It had the same elements, it was just really poorly done in my opinion. Felt like a lazy cash in.

I don't know how old your kids are, but I can imagine it still appealing to young children. But the cleverness, great stories and excellent humour was (for me at least) gone. And as I say, that's from someone who is a huge fan of the franchise.
