Not seen any thread on here.

Stumbled across this on the BBC. Its a Welsh drama about a gay couple adopting.

3 Episodes...... and have to say so well written, amazing acting & not the 'obvious' story line.

If anyone is looking for something a little different I would give it a go. Wont be everyone's cup of tea but thought it deserved its own thread as its just well done and deserves some views.

Saw I think 1st episode and liked the writing particularly where one of the couple refers to the other one as "such a poof", my reality of life and having work mates and friends who happen to be gay, the reality is some did talk like that, now not saying its ok for everyone to say it nor will every homosexual say it casually, just that it was good writing IMO.
Will give the rest of the episodes a go.

Really really enjoyed it, very well written and acted.

Had to smile when they were approved to adopt, started seeing the lad with foster Carer there, then the odd afternoon out, then the odd day or weekend, then the odd night visit, took months.

I’m adopted, and have a letter from adoption agency to my parents, basically saying we have found you a baby boy, if you want to come and meet him next Weds afternoon, bring a bottle as if you like him you can take him home, lol, oh how times have changed.
