Just thought I'd share a bit of good news for a change
My smart tv decided to give up the ghost late last night, picture just disappeared, black screen but standby light on for a while, then that went off as well! 
Dug out the paperwork, receipt, delivery note, guarantee, the lot! Yay! s
t, it's just over 12 months, out of warrantee! This afternoon I rang them to see if it was worth getting it repaired as I got it in a sale from a 'spicy' supplier. (no naming and shaming, just to be safe 
) A very helpful chap called Liam checked out the details and informed me it's still within warrantee until November, so 18 months! Made him check it and confirm it and they're collecting it on Wednesday, repair or replace it within 7 days!
Downside is a watching England tonight and probably Friday on a 32", non smart tv
