Have to agree, it was depressingly bad which is a real shame as the first two are great action flicks. Not holding much hope for this one.

The second one is genius for the comedy.

3 - meh, watchable.

I'll hold high hopes

Already looks better than 3.

I'm not expecting anything amazing but will still watch it.

Watching the first one for the millionth time. Its a great movie. 2 was fantastically outrageous. 3 was a let down, as much as I love the series and don't mind a bad good film I can't defend it, it was poor.

This looks better. Few things that look like theyvare leaning into the first film, the skittles and the holdup, the end gun fight. Hopefully some good in-jokes from the series.

I'm going to be first in line to watch it when it's out.

After the Chris Rock debacle.

I will NEVER actively watch another Will Smith film. Not that he's EVER turned out a good film!

These types of films can't be made anymore and them actually be good.

Leave them in the 90's early 2000's.

Is this WS's post slap comeback?

I personally loved (still do) Independence Day. About as good as a cheesy action/sci-fi get.

MIB was good too and iRobot.

He might be grade a tt but you can't say he's never done a good film.

Looks to be following the Fast and Furious formula of ramping up the ridiculous each time out. Coming soon, Bad Boys 9 where Marcus and Mike stop an international jewelry heist taking place on Saturn.

Somehow I had never seen Bad Boys. Recently watched it with wife and daughter. Mmm. Maybe if I had watched it when it came out (when I was a lot younger and used to cheesy 80’s action flics) I might have liked it. However, we failed to see why it was so popular. Ridiculous plot, dreadful dialogue and over the top action that makes Bollywood movies seem like art house.

Needless to say, we won’t be watching 2,3 or 4.

Never heard of Michael Bay then.

1 and 2 are classics. 3 was a shambles.. As for this one, I made it about half way through the trailer.. Not holding out much hope as it looks like the franchise is just being milked now.
