Went to see this tonight and thought it was superb. It has a feel of Good Will Hunting in as far as the relationship that develops between teacher and pupil. A real feel good film and a superb performance by Paul Giamatti who I do like.

The DVD has been released. It could become a future classic Xmas film.

Yeah, not schmaltzy at all, definite potential classic, loved the colour tones they used, the fonts for the titles and everything was obviously very considered.

Really did feel like you were stuck in a boarding school in the 1970s USA, loved the fact there was snow all over as well.

Stand out film so far this year, watched Oppenheimer and wondered what all the fuss was about, was ok, but didnt grab me, this really did and only watched it on the off chance.
