I found it mildly amusing so I'll keep watching but if it wasn't for Patrick Brammall then maybe I wouldn't. He was in 'A Moody Christmas' which is one of the best things to come from Australia in ages.
Not sure so far. There were 2-3 genuinely funny moments in the first one and for me that's a good hit rate. But still not sure. I think it's held back for me by my being genuinely concerned about the issue of caring for the dog. Yes, I know it's just TV but I cant shake that off.

Just binge-watched the series. That's not like me, so it must have been entertaining - and it was right up my street. Lots of scatalogical humour, there's not enough these days.
There's clearly going to be a second series - can't wait.
A couple of the episodes weren't quite as good as the others, but overall it was a great series. Some top-notch writing and lots of brilliant characters.
I didn't realise that Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer are married.
