I watched episode 1 last night.

I found it mildly amusing so I'll keep watching but if it wasn't for Patrick Brammall then maybe I wouldn't. He was in 'A Moody Christmas' which is one of the best things to come from Australia in ages.

Not sure so far. There were 2-3 genuinely funny moments in the first one and for me that's a good hit rate. But still not sure. I think it's held back for me by my being genuinely concerned about the issue of caring for the dog. Yes, I know it's just TV but I cant shake that off.

He was also great in Glitch

I watched the first two episodes on iPlayer last night. As the OP says, it's amusing and original (which seems to be a rare combination nowadays).

Just binge-watched the series. That's not like me, so it must have been entertaining - and it was right up my street. Lots of scatalogical humour, there's not enough these days.

There's clearly going to be a second series - can't wait.

Started watching it last night - got to episode 3 I think - and thought it was genuinely funny. Will definitely watch the entire series.

I was a little on the fence, then the scene in the DIY shop pushed me over the edge.

I finished watching the final episode this morning. Now eagerly awaiting season 2.

Fantastic comedy binged it’s all in 2 nights. Believable characters, laugh out loud, heart warming comedy.

Really enjoyed this, all the major characters are great. Very well written, funny and human, that seems rare these days.

Yep, binged it, as others have said what is it with the viewers having concern for Colin.

Ashley's birthday party friends needed a vigorous punch in the face.

A couple of the episodes weren't quite as good as the others, but overall it was a great series. Some top-notch writing and lots of brilliant characters.

I didn't realise that Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer are married.
