Yes, it's a kids show.. But really, as 'kids' shows go it's got some very good bits and some very nice story lines.

Anyone else a fan? I'm more than happy to watch Bluey when the kids want to, I'd even go as far as to say I'd probably watch it when they weren't here too hehe

Also a fan here, my wife and I enjoy it more than our 3 year old. Some great characters and some relatable humour too.

I don't think the meaning translates the same outside of Scotland, but it made me laugh a lot to hear Dad say "don't be a dobber"

Favourite episode has to be Sleepytime, brilliantly done. A 9.9 rating on IMDb suggests I'm not the only one with that opinion.

Flat Pack (S2E24).

This, and the final episode of Blackadder Goes Forth, are the only times I have cried at a TV show. I think my daughter missed the subtext, but I was in bits at the end. Brilliant show.

Yeah my daughter likes this one.

My favourite is when they go camping and meet the French kid and plant the tree then at the end she goes back in the future and meets him there. Brings a tear to my eye.

Great show.

Absolutely love Bluey, some great episodes too.
Can also recommend Duggee and the Adventures of Paddington.

But Bluey is the only one that can bring a tear to the eye - The Baby Race got the musses welling up ("You're doing great")
Equally, episodes like the Burger Shop is a proper lol, when Bandit is in the bath too.

Yes yes yes…. Sleepytime is the best episode. It’s absolutely beautifully put together, the music is also very cleverly written and ends perfectly with Jupiter from the planets.

It’s a masterpiece.

Another one of my favs is the one where Bandit takes them swimming and forgets everything…. Totally unrealistic and would never happen. *pokerface*

We enjoy Bluey in our house too. It has been known for me and the Mrs to watch it after the kids are in bed. Copy cat makes me laugh every time. It is a brilliantly put together programme. Much more preferable to Peppa Pig!!

It’s fantastic, the only show I actually watch with the kids. The pass the parcel once was hilariously accurate.

I've been desperately trying to get the daughter to watch this! But she seems intent on watching Cocomelon, or Blippi...

The Blueys that I have seen have been beautifully put together, and lovely music as well.

Sleepytime is oscar-worthy. 8 minutes of perfection.

Bluey in general is as high quality TV as anything out there. Especially compared to all the other kids stuff at the moment.

The cinema episode is good. As is the swimming one.

I'll have to check out some of the others mentioned here, but will wait until the kids are up... probably smile

Hmmm…it’s parenting lessons for Aussie dads, and made to look easy for a dad who doesn’t seem to work and lives in nice house with big garden.

My son seems to be into Youtube too much, its my fault, I searched for diggers, cars etc on Youtube to shut him up and now he's being served recommended videos with some home made video of a bloke unpacking boxes with said toys in (and raking in millions of hits it appears).

Dads do have control issues with TV/Media now days!

I have got him into some updated post Corbett 1990's Sooty show now much to my delight biggrin
