Got through the 1st episode but only just. At risk of inviting a mass attack on here it was the most woke/anti-old-white-man rubbish I've ever seen. Made Grace look grown-up and interesting.
Not saying plenty of this stuff doesn't/didn't go on but it's not watchable.

Watching it and enjoying the story line.

But the 'message' is being soooo clumsily delivered - it really detracts from the rest of it.

After I watched the first episode I was unsure but decided to watch the rest anyway and on the whole it was OK, although you could see the twist coming a mile away

The ethnic message was delivered with a sledgehammer. No subtlety at all.

If this was exposing racism in modern day Britain it’s probably made it worse. How can educated people who have good jobs make such tone deaf st.

Oh, dear. That was hard going. The exchange of meaningful looks beaten to death. The car chase that ends with DI Ray foxed by the baddies and her stopping her car and running after the getaway van which, by the time she stops running, is only 40 yards down despite doing 80mph.

You're going to have to watch Episode 2 without me.
