Hammond was good in this one I thought, some of his comments were pretty funny, especially with that Moulin-Rouge car thing.

Just watched it, being part French and having owned hot hatches like a GTi6/R26 Megane I enjoyed large parts of the show. A lot of what they said about the French was spot on too.

Not as bad as some have said at all, but, I did find myself 3/4 of the way in looking at my phone and/or the laptop as my attention waivered a little. Whereas at times with CHM Top Gear and occasionally TGT I would be totalling engrossed for the entirety of the episode. Watchable though and some funny moments and better than the crap on terrestrial TV tonight.

I really liked this one! I thought it was the best one of the 'specials' they've done. Seemed to have the right mix of serious and cocking around.

I did wince slightly at that, though in the closeup shots after it hit the ground it looked like it was pretty rotten.
