Just finished watching this - very good & very funny, playing off against Bonham-Carter. You could still get a bit of classic Taskmaster vibe in the scene with Paul Chowdary as "Man Boy" hehe

Watched the first one tonight in BBC1 and it was... alright. As dark comedy anthology series go, so far, it's not Inside No 9 but it still had good stuff going on. Greg Davies' character Wicky isn't that far removed from Greg Davies. It's anthology as far as it's set in a different murder scene clean up with different characters (apart from Wicky). But Helena Bonham Carter having a st wearing a blood soaked top while singing a duet of 'It had to be you' with Greg Davies was not something I ever expected to see, ever hehe

HB-C was very game and superb imo. Had a bit of an extras vibe to it. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Disappointed there wasn't a couple of Triumphs in the garage wink

Yes ,really funny watching Helena Bonham-Carter sitting on a loo straining and farting , what was on the pan after she finished sums up this "comedy "

Just watched the second one - if all 6 are as good as the first 2 it's a classic in the making (well made, actually). I suppose every other subject, ever, has been done, but a crime scene cleaner, brilliant smile

Tonight's was great, I did really like David Mitchell's character. I'll probably watch them week by week rather than an iPlayer binge.

I'm a week ahead. No spoilers, but also cracking stuff - he's got some talented people to appear.

I was expecting better for a program with such a great cast if I’m honest. I haven’t really laughed once. Maybe I’ll give it a second watch as I am a fan of Greg Davis’s other work especially his stand up and also Cookoo

I'm surprised that it has such big names in it - it's dire.

Clearly others are enjoying it though so crack on!

Edited to add: Maybe not dire, just not very engaging. I enjoy seeing Mitchel, Davis and Bonham Carter, but it's not something I would actually sit down and look forward to watching.

I don't understand the mixed reviews on here, I've really enjoying it so far (2 episodes), as someone else said, this could be a future classic....

I binge watched them all over two nights, I do like Greg Davis's stuff and found this most enjoyable.

Have to say I think it’s pretty st.

Not really funny at all. Just my opinion though.

Watched the first episode. Found it very engaging but I like dark and awkward humour so will watch the rest now and let you know.

Now watched the series on a binge. Quite good, overall apart from David Mitchell playing the part of David Mitchell, the part he always plays...

Hope this series is better than the Christmas special. Really enjoyed the first series, but thought that was really poor.
