I had a quick search and couldn’t find a thread on this . Very gritty. Very nasty. Extremely unpleasant drama about gang warfare in London surprisingly enough. All available now. Good acting and well directed with a potential to be really good intense series.

One day there'll be a drama series based on the various criminals of London that's rooted in facts!

When was the last time the news showed cars being blown up and gunfights in crowded places? rolleyes

If only I had a clue as to what you’re referring to rofl
I liken it to Banshee without the tits and bums.

Well I enjoyed it. The fight scenes were amazingly well choreographed. That final one with the big fker was brutal

Having watched 6 eps now I’m really enjoying it. Mindless gratuitous violence.

Yes. They’re very sensitive and need counselling on a daily basis. Poor misunderstood s

Enjoyed it.

It’s from the guys who did The Raid. Very much their style - almost sadism on the violence front but an enjoyable watch.

Watched the first two last night. It's no British Gomorrah, but it's watchable enough.

I watched the first episode last night, I thought it was good, the wife wasn't as keen. Lots of violence, what's not to like!

With little else left to watch, this is filling the WFH void nicely. The good thing is, with office door closed the language is little different to a work video conference; so wife doesnt know if I'm working or not.

You can see the Gareth Evan's hand in this, he was the guy whom did The Raid. Fight scenes worth a watch, it's ok. Better than that Bulletproof effort, probably not as good as Top Boy.

Not entirely convinced about the public school boy accent of the 16 year old boss.

7 mandem's / 10 plastic gangsters. I think. Could be lockdown generous.

About 20 minutes in, what a let down, every hard man cliche’ in the book.

Seems desperate to out gangster Peakies, even using one of the actors from Peakies.

2/10 at best.

Totally agree with this. I’m surprised with so many people enjoying it.
