Just come back, anything to keep away from the house, so took my eldest son with me.

It's Rambo, like the last one, short but a lower body count by a long way and he's now a bit more sensitive.

As in he doesn't let his victims suffer, well not for very long anyway.

Have to say though, how old is Stallone? and he's still doing this stuff and looking very capable.

Brain out and cheap seats at the Vue hehe

Superb addition to the series,
Absolute savagery, finale Is tremendous with a majestic montage from all the previous films during the end credits.
Rambo on On Sky movies late last night capped a perfect day.

Only seen the trailers but it doesn’t seem right without his trademark long hair!

No need for long hair, and he still works out. I might catch it this week.

I'm not sure I've ever watched the original film. Must give it a try in case I'm missing out.

That's a legitimately great film.

After that it turned into what Stallone himself called his 'angry hairdresser' period.

First Blood is an amazing film, one of the best films of the 80s.

It possibly has the most confused naming scheme of any franchise.
First Blood
Rambo: First Blood part 2
Rambo 3
Rambo

Just saw it.

I found it a bit of fun but unlike the 2008 film, which was rather nimble in being both fresh and drawing on the character's history, he could've been pretty much any violent old goat in a mood.

That should've remained the final film.

Hmmmmm.

Not sure. Watch the other 4 last week as Mrs T hadn’t seen them (to be fair, she wasn’t born for the first 3) - this felt a bit “didn’t need to be Rambo” - could have been any random 80’s action bod filling the role.

That said....Sly is a great advert for TRT, HGH and spinning around on a horse. And the Home Alone ending was a nice change to the clean efficiency of a 15 rated John Wick. Lower body count that Rambo 4 (not hard!) but they all went out in style!

Oh, and missed it not having that particular bit of “Rambo” music.....the bit from where he busts out of jail in 1, pops up with RPG in 2, grabs the dead sheep with the Taliban in 3......wanted that.
