What's the point of a nom-de-plume if you publish the fact that you're using a pseudonym?
Reading up it was leaked by her lawyers she never told anyone as she wanted to go back to before she was a worth st loads. But as soon as it was leaked it went into the best seller, so a cynical person could say it was not going to last long.Smiler. said:
Not a fan of JKR stuff but I think this has legs.
Odd scheduling though.
Looks like a further two, two part programmes to follow.
Presumably the pun was intended?Odd scheduling though.

I agree it looks good, I think that it is episode 2 of 3 tonight. Fortunately I set up series link as I had assumed next Sunday would be episode 2 and its BBQ with friends tonight.

I enjoyed this even it it was all a bit clichéd. A private detective called "Cormoran strike" reminded me a bit of Alan Partridge's detective called Swallow. Also a veteran ex-military police, war hero with a limp? I'm kinda surprised he also didn't smoke a pipe!
I thought there was more than a bit of plagiarism in some of the ideas too. Enjoyed the show ignoring that and various continuity errors, e.g. he gets out of parked car, truck about to pass parked vehicle, second later shot from rear of vehicle down street, truck nowhere in sight, in a second it's got to the end of the street over a hundred yards away, and turned right or left out of sight into the traffic, ok perhaps standard London ttty driving then.Gassing Station | TV, Film, Streaming & Radio | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
