The Virgin programme guide thinks that it's an old "Edd" episode from 2015, so series record may not pick it up.

I actually enjoyed tonight's program, quite a transformation for the old car.

Me too, enjoyed it very much, would have like to see exhaust pipes being made though.

Enjoyed the explanation of the exhaust gas theory

Looked stunning at the end, the buyer must be pleased with it, wonder if he is going to race it?

Agree looked good and however be nice to have gotten a bit more detail on the repairs.
Also those shocks and discs looked new but didn’t factor them into the price

Being an ex Caterham owner I enjoyed this though the omission of the suspension costs was odd. It’s had a very interesting MoT history. 2k miles in 17 years.

Raced with no speedo for that time? To reduce weight? in original scene there were other instruments missing.

Don’t know if drivers go to that extreme to reduce weight but I guess they are not interested in the speed more interested in the rev counter possibly

There were so many things omitted from the costs or not done which should have been if they were updating to a more modern spec.
Too much blather about the colour.

They must read PH he only made a brief attempt at welding the mounting plates onto the diff before cutting away to another scene.

Love the exhaust ‘fab’ was never shown. A few tack welds on the bench in one shot, then it all done, painted satin black and wrapped in exhaust wrap conveniently.

They must have replaced everything given the state it was in. Would have probably been easier to buy a new car and swap a couple of rusty suspension bolts to make it seem legit hehe

i wondered if that wasn't what they had done. The chassis tubes looked well rusted then came back from the pinters looking pristine.
Who prog was a crock of bks.

Just watched the Land Rover Disco 1 prog today, Glossed over so much while slavering over the guy from Britpart and minor dross.

Yep! It looked like it had come from the bottom of the sea. And they didn't mention the new suspension.
