Been mentioned a few times on this thread, but we binge watched 'Red Oaks' over the last couple of days. Excellent '80s soundtrack, sharply written, and some poignant moments too. Really enjoyed it.
I enjoyed Red Oaks, first season more so that second, but a nice retro spot of amusement nonetheless. NinjaPower said:

For those that didn't catch it first time around, I've just downloaded the whole of Deutschland 83 for £6. Fabulous.
Not sure how to break this to you, so I'll just come out with it...It's on 4od for free http://www.channel4.com/programmes/deutschland-83/...
Suggestion, is it worth starting a 'what gems have you found?' thread for the iPlayer/4od etc catchup player box sets?

Watched 'Remember' - Really enjoyed this film, Christopher Plumber is brilliant in it!
Just watched this - really good. I was expecting a twist at the end but not that one. Give it a go, it's a slow burn, but a really really tense scene in the middle with 'Hank' from Breaking Bad.rednotdead said:

Bosch is fantastic, I loved it and binged both seasons in a fortnight.
I'm really enjoying Bosch. Got into it right away after the first episode. One thing that's slightly annoying: It's as though his watch is the star of the show instead of him. Every single shot it's right there in your face no matter what he's doing. Once you've noticed it you can't stop noticing it! It's at the forefront of every camera angle and his shirt sleeves are always rolled up so it's on display.
Every episode is like an hour long Rolex advert!
