Sorted. Subscription directly with Paramount cancelled, now subscribed through Amazon Prime and can watch it on TV via my membership there. However it’s not 4k, there is no 4k content on the UK version of Paramount Plus.
Didn't know it is available via Prime. That'll make life easier.

We got this as part of employee perks. Sign up was straight forward however demand is enormous.

If you are getting slow responses or messages stating it's too busy, it genuinely is testing systems to their (safety set) limits. Wait a while and try again.

Loads of things i fancy on it, old and new.

Anybody else having to sign in every single time or am I being a dullard?

Which platform?

If sky then it will remember if you set it up correctly by joining the accounts up.

It could also be due to high demand and response times being a little slower.

Currently watching 1883 and it’s a slow start but building up nicely. Unfortunately one scene when a girl starts singing Beautiful Dreamer tends to spoil it as I’m pretty sure Roy Orbison wrote it. rofl

Quite enjoyed the first three Star Treks, but it's going to take a whole series to get to know the characters.

Tried The Man Who Fell To Earth and just got bored after half an hour.

Does Halo get better? I mean it looks OK visually but the whole thing felt a bit hollow and cheap and badly acted.

Sort of like a fan made thing you'd find on YouTube made by a team of visual effects/props types.

I'm enjoying it - though I will admit that it's not the best out there it is 'good enough'

To paraphrase Sergeant Johnson in halo 2…

I regret staying up to watch halo, i regret not turning it off after the 1st commercial break, I regret watching it till the end…

IMO it was woeful, the acting was more wooden than the cut scenes in the 1st game, the characters were awful as was the change to morality of key characters.

The opening cut of halo 2 was an oscar winner next to the tripe of the show. We’ve been shown how to make brilliant scifi in all manners (Battle Star, The Expanse, Starship Troopers, Aliens), there’s not much of an excuse for something that poor, it’s like they hadn’t even played the games.

Yes i know it’s just a show, but halo and halo 2 still are my favourite games.

Wasn’t mad about the first episode of Halo either, was ok, will probably watch more.

I though Star Trek Strange New Worlds was excellent though.

Watched the first episode of The First Lady. Held my attention and will watch more. Good cast they have with this, Kieffer is always worth watching and the Obama's were great.

I work with a guy who’s home state is Montana, now in the UK but he’s not a fan of how the show shows the place.

The views etc are spot on because, well it’s filmed there but the depiction of the types of people there, the ultra wealthy ranch owners and the brutality of how people are treated on the reservation are obviously built up to meet the drama requirements.

Tragically though he did say that when they do talk about the mega wealthy land owners their attitudes aren’t that far off.

It’s attracting tourism at a decent rate, which can be a good thing but of course you’re getting the people travel there and buying a pair of cowboy boots and a hat then thinking they can roam around the land and the bears won’t bother them. Maybe that’s the definition of natural selection!

Great show though, I love it and it has had me looking at visiting. Just don’t since when you see the cost of some of the decent hotels!

Really enjoying Ray Donovan, watched season one over last few days. Obviously it is absolutely ridiculous and all of the characters are stereotypes but it's easy watching with sone decent lines.
