As an aside - are the graphic novels "freely" available?
They're on Kindle Unlimited. You could sign up for a free trial, although do remember to cancel before you start getting billed.

I think the first 4 were available but later novels needed to be bought.
Just found this.
Midway through Ep4.
Why hadn't I found this before - it is proper good!!
Bear with me, but in tone it reminds me of the original Robocop movie; a healthy, cynical dig at corporate America and the privatisation of security, whilst not being preachy and having a decent story and excellent characters (better than Robocop by a long way in this regard).

Also just finished S1 an hour or so ago.
Concur with the above - definitely a cut above almost everything else on all the streaming services.
Official S2 trailer here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYnSEW4sXrk
edit: That is one graphic trailer! Due mid-2020.

Whale meat again, don't know where, don't know when...Finished watching S1 lastnight, loved it
. People doing other accents to their own is a bit weird, I can understand Simon Pegg if comic Hughie was based on him. Karl Urban is great in it as the character, but the dodgy cockney was odd sometimes, I've been trying to think of someone who is British who could do the character and a big name like Urban. Struggling.
Haley Joel Osment is in S2 of What We Do In The Shadows too, I had no idea he was in The Boys.
Looking forward to The Boys S2 now
