Enjoyed it too. TDC and All the Gear are already way better than AutoAlex IMO.
Agreed, I definitely feel like TDC leans more towards the "these are the cars of our youth/when we began driving, this is what we loved doing in them..and crashing!" vibe, AutoAlex is nothing but "Hey guys look, old BMW's..again!" Enjoyed the latest TDC too.
Enjoyed that episode of TDC, Will seems to be getting better every episode.

When Auto Alex has yet another BMW on I don't bother watching.
Certi drivers innit blud ? They are more into their VAG cars now as they don’t have to change gear manually.

The certi drivers bit made me chuckle. And that ST seems to be a bit of a bargain.

I find Will completely unwatchable and unsubscribed a while ago, shame really as I always enjoyed Edwin on CT with Jack and Ethan.

I should think (and hope) that the next episode is the Ferrari being fettled and back on the road somewhat.
Doubt it, parts 2 and 3 of the Polish road trip next

I also watched this one last night. It's a bit long, but tells you what happened to the car (if you don't know)

The winner of it got crashed into, the insurance company wrote it off. The man at the salvage yard was annoyed at people turning up to look at it and trying to steal bits off of it. They don't say if the person who took the ICE install was the winner or not

It’s a very cool project, I keep up with the truck side of YouTube. Trucker Tim is the AA of trucks, but there loads of great content creators in the haulage space.

It’s amazing you can just step into a semi in the states, I’ve got my C+E licence and stepping into a HGV with zero training is a big risk. I assume he won’t be towing a trailer any time soon.

I have no idea how he managed to string that out as long as he did. The interviews were like pulling teeth.

I hope that cut'n'shut never gets back "on the road".
I wouldn't be surprised if it had already been sold tbh. Followed with a ''it was never really my thing'' or, as it was for the other E30 touring, ''I just never jelled with it''. I seem to recall there have been a few other sales. Has the supercharged £600 Z3 gone yet? I imagine there would have been a few potential buyers in their DM's. Can't blame them though. It just seems a bit lame when you go on about buying a car you'd always wanted, only to sell it a week or so later.

Someone on here purchased the supercharged Z3 from Taylor

I imagine the 360 will be put in a drivable state and then sold to a Ferrari dismantler. It might be all about content but they are smart enough to know any tabloid would love to run a 'Youtuber fixed Ferrari crash into/injured/killed my...' headline and create outrage to end their careers.

Indeed. It was our comrade 'Lincoln Loving' from the 'Project 40' channel.

I'd like to see it converted to diesel.

In theory my wife, with no towing experience, can go out and buy a twin axle car trailer and tow 3 tons with her SUV (right on the limit of its rating) without any training, through windy mountain passes.

It's a different world.

Yup I’m the current custodian of the Z3, getting a new roof fitted to it in the next few weeks as the high quality summer we’ve been blessed with has tested its water deflection to breaking point.

Project car YouTubers need new cars every 6-10 episodes depending on the topic. People tune out of if you do too many videos on a single subject. If you have a decent storage unit it’s possible to keep a bunch and rotate out some of the others. E.g if I had storage I would have kept the punto and fixed it over time, but as I don’t it needed to get moved on even though it was a car a liked.

Said with nothing but love, but you talk with an awful lot of authority on stuff like this for someone who has a tiny YouTube channel (which I'm sure you're proud of) relative to the ones under discussion.

As long as it's not "stringing along for content/views" then i'd happily playlist through a 100episode long playlist for a single car / collection upkeep youtuber. the "living vicariously" side of YT is what's built a lot of youtubers and it can be mixed with the shenanigan/car flipping side of yt (which i'm already quite bored of).. might hurt the algorithm a bit though.

Yeah, decent video. I wonder if others from Donut will join them?
