CERBFEST21 YORK
Join us to create another “thunder of Cerbera’s” - Friday 9th July-Sunday 11th July 2021
Friday: 9th July:
Set up camp (Cowslip Farm York).

Evening in a local pub for food and drink.
Back to camp for drinks around the fire pit.
Saturday 10th July:
The highlight of the weekend is an awesome, “spirited” drive with a convoy of Cerbera’s (a sight and sound to behold) round some of the best roads North Yorkshire has to offer.
We will have our resident photographer with us to take static pictures, videos and drone shots of us both individually and in convoy.
Lunch to be organised in a pub on top of the Moors.
Drive back to camp for a party with a Cerbfest style BBQ, drinks, mild Entertainment and lot’s and lots Laughs.

Last to drop wins a prize!!!!🤪
Sunday 11th July: – as you choose –
recover, head home, or join us for lunch at the highest pub in Great Britain.
we have decided to make Cerbfest a ticketed event to simplify everything and so that we can cover all costs. There will not be any profit made, any excess funds will be ploughed back into making the weekend epic for us all.
Please note that tickets are priced with a minimum number of people attending if we don’t make that number we will either have to increase the ticket cost or change some of the plans!
We aware it’s a little more expensive than previous years but the cost of everything has gone up and we need to avoid a repeat of organisers having to personally cover any losses.
Your ticket price will include:
Weekend camping Fri & Saturday Night
Paying for Photographer/Videographer
Full BBQ on Saturday evening (only)
Mild Entertainment (games/prizes/music)
Ticket Prices.
1 person £70
2 people £90 with Shared tent
Additional tents are £16 each
Camper or caravan Additional £10
Money to be paid via PayPal to
nev_e_b@hotmail.com (as money transfer or gift, NOT for goods and services!!!!!)
If you need to pay vier Bacs please contact Nev Butler Direct.
All Places must be booked no later than Wednesday 30th June 2021
Anyone who paid for Cerbfest 2020 will only have to pay the remaining balance, please contact Nev Butler direct if you have already paid for 2020 or if your not sure.
We hope you all appreciate the work that goes into making Cerbfest what it is and we all look forward to seeing you there, tell your mates and get them to come along the more the merrier. Please tag anyone you think will want to join us in York2021 in this post or send them the link to our page.
Refunds: if for any covid related reason you can not attend or we have to cancel the event we will issue a full refund to those affected. This can be in the form of money returned or your funds added to secure your place in the next Cerbfest event.
