TVRCC THRILLS IN THE HILLS AND REBELS ON THE SEAFRONT TVR WEEKEND WILL BE BACK IN 2021. Put July 24th and 25th in your diary for " Peaks to the beach "

With a track record of being one of the best TVR events on the calendar, and having a huge record breaking following. We are pleased to say that the Thrills in the Hills run is back again for 2021
So how do you make a great event even better, how about 2 events back to back ? The weekend will now be a 2 day event with the TVRCC Thrills in the Hills run out on the Saturday, with an exciting new route, This will be followed by the Rebels on the Seafront run on Sunday to Rhyl seafront. This run takes in some of the best North Wales roads and was another great success in 2019.
So its going to be a great weekend for those who love to drive their TVR's.
We'll have more information here, and on Facebook and in Sprint and theTVRCC website in the coming months. We suggest you save the dates
Start location Thrills in the Hills Sat 24th July.
Hassop Station Cafe, Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE451NW
Start location Rebels on the Seafront Sun 25th July.
Snowhill carpark, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW55LS

Bug*er, Bug*er, Bug*er,

Daughter spent time with wife today and organised a baby sitting week for us while daughter and son in law go abroad for half term the week !

I've just been told about this, I' ll be trying to earn browny points for at least a 'Day Pass' for T.I.T.H.

So much for re scheduling our French time to do more TVR events in 2020.

Some great photos here from Sam, Rebels on the Seafront at Llandudno 2019. Please note the finish point for the 2021 run is Rhyl and not Llandudno.

Can anyone tell me when and where the run to Llandudno starts on the Sunday?

We are planning to come up from Dorset for TITH on the Saturday and then join the run to Llandudno on the Sunday. I am looking to book a hotel for Saturday night somewhere near to the start on Sunday. I don’t want to leave it too late as it is the bank holiday weekend and want to book somewhere with off road parking.

Thanks,
Jon

We stayed at Lansdowne House hotel last year after the TVR outing, just been refurbished and great location with 5-10 minute walk to the front. Had off road parking for around 20 cars, nice couple who run the place, would diffidently recommend it.

is there a list you need to add your name to, or do you just turn up at hassop station (I assume that's where hassop café is, same postcode) and join the convoy ?

Hi spitfire, you can register for the event on the TVRCC website. Check in and departure is 8:30 - 9:30am from Hassop Station Cafe, but the gates open from 8am. So anyone requiring breakfast needs to be there early.
We had 132 cars in 2019 so it should be another great event.

Depending on the beach, Rebels on the Pebbles could be a better name than Rebels on the Seafront. Assuming it's not exclusively sand..

It is with great reluctance that we have to cancel / postpone this years weekend event in view of the prevailing health conditions. Pending how things develop we may look at dates later in the year. We will keep you posted. Take care out there.

Thinking of following the ‘Thrills in the hills’ route next weekend and wondered what the distance of each loop is. Any information would be appreciated as I wanted to work out how many fuel stops will be required. Thanks

Start with a full tank and you won't need one.
