TVRCC/MoC Herts & Beds: Guided tour of Shuttleworth, 18/04

Hi all

I am in the middle of arranging a guided tour around Shuttleworth Collection & Garden for a car club and was wondering if anyone else wanted to come.

The details of the tour are...

- Dates - 18th of April
- Tour - Collection + Garden - 4 hrs
- Arrive - 10am - Do collection tour at 1030-1300. Have lunch, then do Garden tour at 1400-1530
- Cost - £15.50 pp + £50 (for guide)/no. of ppl coming

So, assuming 10pp that is £20.50 pp. More ppl = less cost.

The dates and times are booked, but we can accept more people without an issue.

If you are interested in coming as well, please let me know.

Hi folks

Well, you were probably expecting this, but just to confirm...

Following advice given and action taken by other clubs/regions, I have regretfully decided to formally cancel all regional events/meetings/gathering being arranged for March & April.

This means I am cancelling the Shuttleworth meeting for March & April PLUS the Shuttleworth tour.

I am currently working with Shuttleworth to arrange an alternative date for the tour which I will look to publish in the next month or so.

Given the... ah... "fluidity" of things happening at the moment all events are a bit up in the air at the moment.

For the Shuttleworth tour event, there are two options: -

• Give me your banking details for a refund now - which I will do
• Wait for the new date and I will move you over to it and mark it as paid. If you cannot make that new date, then I will refund at that time

Looks like 2020 is going to be "fun" in loads of ways...
