Support needed at York

This weekend coming 3rd/4th August we are having a revival meeting at the old York Raceway drag strip.
Renamed Melbourne Raceway and due to the hard work by the new organiser Trevor Duckworth of Straightliners, he has managed to arrange this weekend as a RWYB event. It must be stressed that this is to gauge the support and Trevor has promised to put all profits back into the venue to making good the track and facilities for next year. This meeting will only be single lane and over the 1/8th mile but there will be a great turnout of the old regular racers to entertain.
On a plus side I have been informed the inlet road that people rightly complained about has been relayed so the 3mph long drive in dodging hundreds of potholes is already a thing of the past.
Please come and show your support and heres to proper drag racing on 2 lanes in Spring 2020.
