Brooklands ‘Supercar Sunday’ 14th July

This Sunday all TVR’s are welcome to park within Brooklands Museum in the TVR display area for the ‘Supercar Sunday’ event, this will be on the original main circuit finishing straight.

You will need to enter via the ‘Campbell Gate’ no later than 8.45am.

Thanks. Just noticed this event and am normally there. Normally in the Maserati section though.

Should be there on Sunday with my son. Might be in the TVR though if welcome

Your more than welcome, what TVR do you have. We have a full grip of TVR’s on the track session this year, you’re find us in the collection area ready for Group 1 (Blue).

I have a 1998 Chimaera 400 in Amaranth Purple with Speed 6 front end and headlamp conversion. Reg is S72 YAB.

Will look forward to seeing you there. Need to confirm the Chim is all good tomorrow and give her a little clean as not used it for a few weeks as has been tucked up in the garage. Too many other cars and projects have been going on last couple of months!

I've done the track parade laps a few times now but always in a Maser. Not been able to do last few events as my son is quite young to leave on his own and not old enough to go in the car on track. Although someone made a error one year and he came on track in the back with his colouring pencils when he was maybe 7yo. That was fun as I thought the parade laps would be like others I had been on like Festival Italia at Brands Hatch and were fairly slow. However hitting well over 100 on the straight was funny. Especially when I braked hard and his pencils from the back hit the windscreen!!
