Hello Nomads,

A change of format this month, and an earlier start!

As this month's meet coincides with "Drive it Day" it is proposed that we join with GMM&C on their Five Counties Run. (Tups A*se Run).

Please let Mike Mahon know directly if you plan to attend - his contact details are below.
Details of the run as follows:

"Join us again for a day to remember doing what your TVR is made for, driving along spectacular challenging fast sweeping roads on the high dramatic spine of Britain. Passing through characterful towns & villages along the way, giving locals the opportunity to savour the fantastic sight and sound of TVR’s in their full glory. On the Five Counties Run. (Tups A*se Run)

The drive will take in the five Counties of-- Gtr Manchester, Cheshire, High Peak, West Yorkshire and Lancashire finishing in Ramsbottom. Here you can take a trip on the East Lanc’s heritage railway pulled by a steam train. Have a meal in one if the many pubs and restaurants. Take a walk in Nuttall Park to stretch those legs after the drive.

The trip entails approx 80 miles driving taking 4-5 hrs. The run starts 10am on Sainsbury’s Car park east of Manchester, postcode M34 3SJ just off J24 M60 in Denton, finishing north of Manchester M66 making your return back home journey simple. The trip can be shortened at several stages if 80 miles is too long for you.

This year depending on numbers I will look for a place to have lunch.

Please let me know if you will be attending asap. Email mjm53@hotmail.co.uk Text to 07796 952953 giving your Name, email address and phone no. If you wish your car model and reg."

Remember to fill up before the 10am start, there are petrol pumps at the start point at Sainsburys.
Last year's run was highly enjoyable and took in some great driving roads. driving

We look forward to seeing you there!
