Is there a run in planned again this year? I’ve attended a few times and had the pleasure of joining 25-30 cars on a great run in to the season opener

Hi Chris,

I normally volunteer to organise the run, but this year I'll be at Goodwood.

Best Regards,
Olly

Ok cheers, hope you have a good one at Goodwood.

I'm happy to meet up with any fellow Tivvers same venue at B&Q car park. Don't know the area but sure we can all find a decent route in.

There's always "straight up the A1" as a backstop.
Or you could refuse to leave B&Q's car park without a two for one deal.
Or hold a public vote on it among the shoppers waiting for the store to open.

But you will need the agreement of all 27 TVR owners in the car park for any route fancy trying.
You can't just leave and expect them to accept the way you are going.

There's a talk on the Cerbera Facebook group of meeting up at B&Q for a run in.

I've given route details of last year's run to Shaun Roberts who has offered to lead. I understand they intend to meet at the usual 9:00, for 9:30 departure.

Enjoy.

Any chance the route can be shared, so that we can join along the way?

There's usually between 20 and 30 cars meet up there, I'm taking my Sag. Group of Cerbs meeting up there too. Weather looks reasonable so should be a decent showing for the run in

Thanks Shaun for organizing the run out today really enjoyed it and for the first time the convoy stayed together !! (Probably the lack of cyclists)

Thought turn out at Burghley was pretty poor this year! and the weather wasn't that bad, has been a lot worse. The amount of stalls was disappointing for such a large club and as it being the season opener would have thought the new TVR would have been on show!!

Maybe a change of venue is needed to get people interested again

Great run out tho. clapclap

Indeed, thanks Shaun it was a great run in with some great sounds and intoxicating smells as we pulled away from each T junction!

Turnout was a bit low but many at the Goodwood members meeting. The weather on the way back was a bit wet so maybe the forecast kept some away.

Might try the Peaks "Thrills in the Hills" this year if it's still running... Nothing like a TVR troupe to stir the soul.

Bank holiday weekend, so the weather could be mixed.....BUT.....there were 113 cars on the run last time out - epic!
