TVR Tour of Spain and Portugal 2019 - anyone going?
Discussion
Done many of Drive Espana's TVR tours in the past, but for various reasons haven't been for a couple of years.
Anyone planning on going next year?

Love Spain. It has become our venue of choice, having done most of Europe's 'driving' roads over a period of 10 years. Drive Espana use many of the places we frequent and you will surely have a blast! Go for it.
Total agree, Spain is our favourite with Portugal a close second.I did 8 of Drive Espana's tours in a row from 2008 to 2015, only missed the last three due to other committments.
We have a small (8-10) group of friends who have been doing this for 10 years next year and prior to that were Le Mans attendees. We realised that Le Mans didn't involve enough driving and frankly, the drinking was eliminating any of the fun (and we weren't seeing so much racing! Race? What race?!
We realised that a better use of our time was to organise our own routes through Europe, taking in the best roads and nice hotels. Spain became the destination of choice because the roads are superb (they have spent most of their euro cash on infrastructure) and the Parador chain of hotels is second to none.
We choose a different route every year and try out new hotels and old Paradors. Awesome times ahead.
