TVRCC/CMI/MoC Members only: Williams F1 Tour

Hi everyone!

In case you have not seen this posted on FB or TVRCC Forums...

I am looking into arranging a possible tour around the Williams F1 centre in a similar fashion that
was done by the club a few years back.

The dates on offer are as follows...

• Saturday the 5th of May
• Saturday the 2nd of June or
• Saturday the 8th of September

I would be looking for about 30+ people on a single date in order to make the booking.

I will leave this open until March 15th to look at getting the numbers and dates. If the numbers
are not available, then I will not progress the event any further.

Hi folks!

Right, we need to get payment on this moving ASAP as Williams are now after money.

As such, I need everyone who is going to do the following...

i) Transfer the £60 pounds event fee to the TVRCC Car Club account - details

ii) Make the reference on the payment "WF1 <Your name> <Your membership number - if you know it>"

iii) Send the TVRCC office an email to confirm your payment and contact details: [e-mail]

Any questions, please contact the office on 01952 822126

We are on the clock, so please do this ASAP.. The deadline will be 6th April.

When you have done it, please send me your name with done, so I can mark it off.

The event is scheduled to start on 1200-1500 on 2nd of June.

Just be aware - it is a pre-paid event only - you cannot just turn up on the day. Only people on my
list will be allowed in.

It is still possible to add people, but not for too much longer. If you missed the booking deadline, please

Hi folks,

In response to a number of requests for a social run-out route for the day, please find one enclosed.

I suggest that we meet up at the Oxford Services (J8A, M40, OX33 1LJ) at 1030am and then
drive to the Williams F1 centre from there (30-40mins).

Well, that was a great day out!

Brillant tour & lunch and ran for almost 4 hrs in all. Well worth £60 or so.
