School prom help !

Hi All,
Can anyone help me out on Friday 7th July,
I'm 2 cars short for grandsons school prom we are meeting at the shopping parade in Southwater just off the a24 near Horsham and taking the boys up to Copthorne near
East grinstead
Meeting at 6.15 / 6.30 few photos of cars and boys leaving around 6.45 to arrive around 7.15 at venue.
Drop boys off then quick drink in pub if required.
A petrol donation will be given for your help and generosity
I will be travelling up from near polegate in East Sussex if there's anyone from East Sussex that can help I will meet and travel up with you.
