Hi all

Following discussions with various people, I would like to propose an event for late April that will comprise of the following: -

The Details...

Morning...
  • A trip up to Cheddar Gorge on a Saturday morning (15, 22, 29 April - date depending)
  • Stay the morning in Cheddar Gorge - tour around the caves and other areas as you want - all included in a £14.99 pass
  • Reserved parking (TBC - probably £5)
  • Lunch at Cheddar
Afternoon...
  • A trip over to nearby Cheddar Ales (7 mins away)
  • A tour around the brewery + a "sampling" session biggrin (of course, with a designated driver who is not drinking!!)
  • The tour will be 2 hours + detailed talk with the brewers. The cost is £15 and included UNLIMITED sampling (plus something for non-drinkers)
  • We can also include a ploughman's lunch for £5
Evening...
  • For those wanting to "cool off" - a stay over at a local hotel & meal (Price TBC depending on numbers)

So, what I need next is a list of people who are interested and the dates you can make.

If interested, put your name below with the dates that you can make AND if you want to stay on for the evening.

The minimum number for this event to work is 15 people.

Thanks!

Last call for this event will be 21st Feb. If not enough interested (need min of 15) for a given day, then I'll shelve it. Thanks!

Hi

Just to confirm...

I can get reserved parking for £5
The tickets with access to nearly everything are £14.95

Still working on the Ales package (and seeing if we have the numbers).

Thanks!

Hi all

Unfortunately, due to the lack of numbers for this event to make it viable, I am going to have it shelve it.

Thanks, A
