Hi all

Its coming up to September planning time which means its looking at numbers for this year's
Sharnbrook Supercar Sunday event!

We usually go to the event on-mass, then either have lunch or join the run out. It is usually a
great day out with lots of different cars coming and plenty going on.

So, if you are interested in coming this year, please let me know AND if you want lunch or not.

However, this time, do not say you want lunch then suddenly change your mind. We had a few of these
last year and it gets annoying biggrin

Thanks!

Hi, that should be fine. Maybe a tight squeeze but it was last year as well. Too many Porsches wink

  • Please arrive between 9.30am and 10.30am. The Kiosk will be open from 9am serving Bacon Rolls and Tea/Coffee so you can grab your brekkie here. Any show cars arriving after 11am, will be given access subject to availability but will also be charged the £5 per person entry fee after 11am. Once show cars are in position, we request that they stay in position until 3.30pm.
  • Due to our finite amount of show space in the main hotel car park and our grass show area, the new area behind the hotel which is fully accessible from both sides of the hotel will be primarily for any “non-supercars” but ‘Of Interest’ – I may have informed you via email already that you will be directed to this area.
  • Priority parking will be based on a first come first serve basis and you are advised to arrive before 10am.
  • Those with reservations for GP Lunch (NEARLY FULLY BOOKED) in The Amalfi Suite – I would suggest 12.30pm as it will be very busy and the race starts at 1pm, following recent feedback, the volume on commentary will be louder than usual
  • Our Kiosk will also start serving a BBQ & Pig Roast from 11am.
  • SUPERCAR DRIVEOUT & CRUISE will be leaving at 3.30pm promptly

Quite a selection of TVRs turned up today. As always the event was packed and supercars were everywhere.

Cars from 3 different regions came and although we didn't outnumber the Porsches and Lambos, at least, we
gave a good show!
