Just wondering if anyone is going to the Classic Car Show at Tatton Park on the 4th/5th June?

I can't make it but the TVRCC will be there with about 20 cars and at Tatton 2 in August.Go along and introduce yourself they'll be pleased to speak to another TVR owner.

I'm hopefully going on the Sunday I went last year it's quite a good show with plenty of nice cars there

I am planning to be there on Saturday. Hope the weather is OK as it is quite a long day with being there at maybe 9ish to get on the TVR stand and not to leave before 4pm. Usually a good event though and the chance to stock up on some stuff at show prices.

Took a friend along today and it was a pretty good show tbh.
Got to the TVR stand/display and no one there even tried to engage in any conversation with the visitors while I was in the display area.
In fact they appeared to avoid doing so.
Are they from multiple regions or just one?
I'm not trying to offend anyone - it was just and observation and also I noticed several other people mention the lack of interaction.
In fact other car clubs from MG to Jaguar all seemed keen to talk to visitors.

I was on the stand today and sat near the car for some time talking to other exhibitors. No-one asked us anything, if they had we would have been more than happy to chat but if people don't speak to us I don't see that I should just start talking to people who happen to walk past. Guess it is one of those things and not from a lack of interest. The exhibitors were from various regions and as it was hot it was nice to get out of the sun sometimes into the shelter thingy not to avoid people. Glad you enjoyed the show though.

Tatton Park part 2 this weekend - 20/21 Aug - weather not looking too brilliant at all.

I'll be on the TVRCC stand, as long as it hasn't been washed away.

This one is the 'Passion for Power' event, should be a few supercars there under cover as well as the usual stuff.
