Apologies Posting again originally I could not find the first one
http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk/event/tvr-p...

This year the Event will be held at Gaydon Motor Museum which is a wonderful place to celebrate our wonderful Cars and at the same time enjoy a look around the Museum and see many other great British cars.
The Cost this year will be £10 per person and this will include entry into the Museum which is a special reduced rate for Clubs over the usual £12.50 entry.
Gaydon always has lots of things happening although so far We are the only Club Displaying that day but there is space for another so watch this date on the Gaydon Webb Site.

Last year was a fantastic Day and Geoff always organises a great day and this year should be no different and we also had lots of later TVR owners join us and we all had a great day.
The south west Rolls Royce Owners Club are calling in at 2pm to visit the Museum so there will be about 50 Rollers to look at and enjoy so it will be a long day with so much to do and so many Friends to catch up with.
Should there be enough interest there is Camping facilities should some wish to come up on the Saturday and if that happens and there is enough interest a Meet up and Run out on the Saturday afternoon.
As Usual we hope to see some of the wonderful TVR Personalities from the Pre 80s Era we are so lucky that we still have them out and enjoying there own examples

Looking Forward to a great Day

It says on their site "Organised by TVRCC, 2015 marks 60 years since the first cars were produced in Blackpool for American dealer Ray Saidel, which ultimately led to the first series production car, the MK1 Grantura"

60 years ago was 1955, if I wasnt a TVR person I would beleive from reading that, that is when the company started.

Pity there was no mention of what happened between 1946 - 1955 :-)

Just a small point, but dont want the Rolls Royce blokes thinking we dont know our own history.

There where limited words permitted on the entry on the webb site there are several anniversaries this year TVR related however there should be no confusion as to the earlier years when your there you will see why wink I did the first Draft then Geoff did the second and I think Gaydon a Third

2915?
I'd like to attend this one, but I'm not sure I'll be around in 900 years time frown

Sorry.

Andy, please can you tell me how you got your topic title amended?

I posted on the S Series forum a while ago, and the title has referred to "Diveshafts" ever since, despite appealing to the mods to change it frown

"Tim in a Vixen", worth paying the admission fee alone to see that smile

I travelled down with Alayne Samuels and Paul Arnold from east mids, it was a fantastic day at the bus museum that geoff and his team organised will be doing it again this year smile
