XBOX 360 on XGA 1024x768 Projector
Discussion
I have a short throw XGA 1024x768 projector that i'm not intending to change any time soon and will be getting an XBOX 360 soon.
The projector is a Benq MP522ST, which I currently connect to with a VGA cable (Wii, PS2, Laptop)
I understand that the XBOX will not display in its native HD resolutions but will the XBOX display in 1024x768 or revert to a lesser resolution.
I suppose that when I connect my laptop to the projector it reverts to 1024x768 so is the XBOX likely to do the same?
Thanks

If you're using a VGA or component cable then you should be able to select the resolution - the XBox won't do anything automatically other than use the last used resolution for that cable type. So if you're moving from a higher res screen you'll want to turn it down before moving - 1024 x 768 should be one of the available resolutions.
Having component for the TV and VGA for the projector will mean the xbox switches resolution when you switch cable.
