Panny V10 not retaining menu settings

My Panny V10 plasma did a software update the other day and now it will not retain the channel list settings. Any ideas?
This means when viewing the guide and scanning up through the channels I get all of them, even the ones I 'hid' using the Channel List setting menu.
Anyone else come across this? I am missing someting obvious here?
