What would you upgrade here?

Got some cash to spend on my AV Setup (Maybe around £350) and don't know what to spend it on, my current set up is as follows:

Amp:

Denon AVR-1909

TV:

Sony KDL40D3000 LCD

Peripherals:

Xbox 360
Popcorn Hour A-110
Sony RDRHX870

Speakers:

KEF Q35.2 - Front
KEF Q95C - Centre
KEF Q15.2 - Rear
KEF 30B - Sub

What would you go for? What's the weak point?

Perhaps got to a Popcorn Hour C200 and pop a blu-ray drive in it.

How is the picture quality on the Blu Ray PCH? Is it comparable to a retail grade player?

Also should add that I have a Harmony 555 remote that I really like, might be worth upgrading to the One?
